Pravilnika o radu, koji propisuje da zaposlenik ima pravo u roku od tri dana od primitka poziva iznijeti svoju obranu.<\/p>\n<p>U konkretnom slu\u010daju tu\u017eitelj je dao vlastoru\u010dno pisanu i potpisanu izjavu, pa iako mu poslodavac nije omogu\u0107io izno\u0161enje obrane u roku od tri dana od saznanja za osobito te\u0161ku povredu iz radnog odnosa, kako to propisuje \u010dl. 65.
