Ubrzo, pet godina kasnije donosimo opet potpuno novi zakon, \u0161to nije uobi\u010dajeno i zatim ulazimo u ritam promjena ovog zakona svake tri godine.<\/p>\n<p>Ove \u0107emo godine peti puta od 2009. godine promijeniti ovaj zakon. Razlog su ponovno EU Direktive, ali i ne\u0161to va\u017enije &#8211; NPOO. Izmjene na koje se Hrvatska obvezala\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vlada.gov.hr\/UserDocsImages\/Vijesti\/2021\/srpanj\/29%20srpnja\/Plan%20oporavka%20i%20otpornosti%2C%20srpanj%202021..pdf\">Nacionalnim planom oporavka i otpornosti<\/a>\u00a0(NPOO) su u bitnom tri. Reguliranje rada na daljinu, platformski rad i \u201ebolja regulacija\u201c ugovora na odre\u0111eno vrijeme.<\/p>\n<p>Rad na daljinu donijela nam je korona kriza. Korona je pro\u0161la, a rad na daljinu je ponegdje ostao. Zato ga treba regulirati i to je dobro. Rad preko digitalne platforme je nu\u017enost koju nosi tehnologija 21. stolje\u0107a, i njega zato treba regulirati. Tehnologije ne mogu \u010dekati pravnike i pravila, a tehnologija bez pravila i pravnika, mo\u017ee u\u010diniti vi\u0161e \u0161tete nego koristi.\u00a0 Me\u0111utim, tre\u0107i va\u017ean razlog za izmjenu Zakona o radu, je tipi\u010dan \u201eHR proizvod\u201c. On nema veze s pandemijom ni tehnologijom. To je rad na odre\u0111eno.\u00a0 Ono \u010demu na \u017ealost zbog tog istog zakona te\u017ei svaki poslodavac u prve tri godine sa svakim radnikom.<\/p>\n<p>Bolja regulacija, kako najavljuje Ministarstvo, zna\u010di vi\u0161e ograni\u010denja za poslodavca. Ako se mo\u017ee ote\u017eati poslodavcu ta vrsta ugovora, to je bolja regulacija. Jeli nam takav pristup do sada dao rezultate? Nije. U Hrvatskoj se kontinuirano poku\u0161ava smanjiti broj ugovora na odre\u0111eno. Svi se sla\u017eu da tako i treba. Radnici \u017eele sigurne i duge poslove.<\/p>\n<p>Poslodavci \u017eele stabilnu radnu snagu na koju \u0107e se dugoro\u010dno osloniti. Banke \u017eele sigurne plati\u0161e\/korisnike kredita sa jam\u010denim radnim mjestom. Dr\u017eava \u017eeli \u0161to manje prekida radnih odnosa, prijava na zavod, pla\u0107anja naknada. Svi \u017eele isto posljednjih 20 godina, a ipak ne mogu posti\u0107i taj cilj. \u0160to mo\u017ee biti pogre\u0161no? Cilj nije pogre\u0161an, oko cilja se sla\u017eemo.
