BIOGRAPHY
Tena Nagy provides legal support to domestic and foreign clients, primarily companies. She consults and represents clients in issues in the field of civil and commercial law, with special emphasis on real and contracted rights. She has many years experience in cases in the area of property rights, and in litigation and administrative procedures, and in forced collection proceedings (seizure, bankruptcy and liquidation procedures).
She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Osijek and joined the Ljubenko & partneri law firm in 2011 as an intern. She passed the judicial exam in 2013, and was registered in the list of attorneys of the Croatian Chamber of Attorneys in 2015.
Tena is a certified expert for public procurement, and author of a number of articles in the field of seizure law and construction law, and a standing co-author in the column Court Practice in the business newspaper Poslovni dnevnik.
